B2B Checkout
The B2B version of FastCheckout, shaped by Office Depot, its first B2B merchant. Buyers choose delivery per item, assign cost centers, fill in accounting fields and work from quotes.

The B2B Checkout in under 30 seconds
Delivery per item, cost centers, accounting fields and budgets, from the cart to the confirmation.
A full B2B purchase
From a bulk SKU upload to payment. The buyer uploads or pastes a list, reviews it in the cart, assigns cost centers and delivery per item, and pays with the accounting fields filled in.
Delivery per item
In B2B, one cart rarely ships the same way. Each item picks its own method, such as express, standard, same day or pickup at a store, and the cart groups items by delivery.
A method can be changed for one item or for a whole group. When one stops being available, the cart says so and moves the items to the next option.
From cart to confirmation
The cart groups items by delivery method. Delivery, payment and confirmation keep that grouping, so the buyer sees the same structure from start to finish.

One panel per decision
Choices open in a side panel, so the buyer never loses the cart behind it: shipping address, delivery method, pickup store, cost center and a review of the items.

Delivery and confirmation
What the B2B checkout covers
- Cost centers
- Set per item or in bulk, and validated before the buyer moves on.
- Delivery and pickup
- Shipping or pickup per item, including pickup by a third party.
- Scheduled delivery
- A date for a set of items, always in the future and respecting the minimum delivery time.
- Accounting fields
- PO number, release, cost center and location, shown at payment.
- Recipient and invoice address
- Recipient info for each order, and an invoice address that can reuse the delivery address.
- Quotes
- A read-only mode, expired quotes, and a block when items are unavailable.
How it grew
The work started in the first half of 2025, when the team redirected its strategy to onboard Office Depot as the first B2B merchant. Over 2025 and early 2026 the scope grew to multidelivery, pickup, scheduling, cost centers, accounting fields, recipient and invoice address. Now the plan is to onboard 12 more B2B clients, and Kohler and others have already started.
